Liza Garza was born and raised in a tight knit, Hispanic community, in the Rio Grande Valley. Liza attended La Joya High School and South Texas College where she earned her C.D.A and associates in Education. In 1995, Liza first worked with Hidalgo County Judge, Ramon Garcia, and various prominent law firms that specialized in medical malpractice, products, personal injury and various civil matters. During that time, Liza also worked on various monumental cases, including the 2001 Rodriguez v. Bridgestone/Firestone case involving a Ford rollover (defective product case) in McAllen, Texas. In 2008, Liza, her husband of 22 years and 6 children moved and made Houston, Texas their new home. After the move, Liza also continued to pursue her degree in education at U of H Clear Lake. Liza takes great pride, personal accountability and works hard on each and every case. She understands that no matter how small or big your case may be, we are all working together to get the best outcome possible for each and every individual client.
Although having four girls, ages 21, 19, 13, and 12 and twin boys age 10 keeps her and her husband very busy, Liza always finds time and enjoys learning, teaching and helping others in need. Liza is a professional English/Spanish translator and a Sunday School Teacher at a local church.
